ABOUT FAITH OFFICE SOLUTIONS
Built From the Reality of Church Administration.
Church ministry is about people. But behind every Sunday service, outreach, event and ministry are hundreds of administrative details that someone has to keep moving.
Faith Office Solutions was created from years of working behind the scenes in a real church office—and seeing firsthand how much responsibility often falls on a very small team.
Our goal is simple:
To create practical resources, tools and systems that help small and midsize churches stay organized, work more efficiently and spend more of their energy on ministry.
Trusted Support Behind the Mission.

WHY FOS EXISTS
I Know What It’s Like to Wear All the Hats.
For nearly two decades, I’ve had the privilege of serving behind the scenes in church ministry.
And if you’ve ever worked in a small or midsize church office, you probably know what that means.
One minute you’re working on the bulletin. The next you’re answering a finance question, calling an insurance agent, coordinating an event, updating the website, tracking down a receipt, dealing with a building issue—or trying to remember something that needs to happen three months from now.
In a larger church, those responsibilities may be spread across several departments. In a smaller church, they often land on one administrator, pastor or small team.
I’ve lived that reality—and Faith Office Solutions grew out of it.
Over the years, I found myself creating checklists, spreadsheets, procedures, templates and systems simply because there was too much important information to keep in one person’s head.
What if the tools smaller churches need were actually designed by someone who understands how a smaller church office works?
That question is at the heart of Faith Office Solutions.
THE REALITY FOR SMALLER CHURCHES
Small Churches Still Have Big-Church Responsibilities.
A smaller church may not have a facilities director, HR department, finance team, communications staff, IT department or full-time office manager.
But the responsibilities don’t disappear just because the staff is smaller.
Someone still has to make sure the insurance gets renewed, payroll gets processed, the building is maintained, vendors are contacted, records are kept, events are organized, technology works and important deadlines aren’t missed.
ADMINISTRATION
Records, forms, policies, schedules, recurring responsibilities and all the details that keep the office moving.
FACILITIES & OPERATIONS
Buildings, maintenance, vendors, insurance, equipment, vehicles and the everyday needs behind ministry.
COMMUNICATION & TECHNOLOGY
Websites, social media, church communications, software, subscriptions and the systems people depend on.
FINANCE & PEOPLE
Bills, bookkeeping processes, payroll responsibilities, employee records and administrative follow-through.
The work may be divided among ten people in a large church.
In a smaller church, it may all belong to one or two.
Faith Office Solutions exists to help make that work more organized, manageable and sustainable.
A PRACTICAL APPROACH
From Experience to Better Systems.
Faith Office Solutions began with a simple belief: the systems behind ministry should support the mission—not make the work harder.
After years of working in church administration, I’ve learned that the best solutions usually aren’t the most complicated ones.
They’re the ones that help you know:
What needs to be done.
When it needs to happen.
Where important information belongs.
And how someone else could step in if needed.
That’s the thinking behind the resources and church-office tools Faith Office Solutions is creating—practical systems designed around the way smaller church teams actually work.
The goal isn’t to give your church one more thing to manage. It’s to make what you’re already managing easier.
Some churches may start with a simple checklist. Others may need a spreadsheet, tracker or complete church-office system.
Wherever you start, the goal is the same: greater clarity, consistency and peace of mind behind the ministry.
THE NEXT STEP
And That Same Idea Is Becoming Faith Admin.
Over time, the checklists, spreadsheets, reminders and systems created to manage church administration began pointing to a bigger need.
What if a church didn’t have to depend on one person remembering how everything works?
What if important responsibilities, recurring deadlines, operational knowledge and the details behind ministry had an organized place to live?
That idea became Faith Admin.
FAITH ADMIN
The Operational Memory of Your Church.
Faith Admin is a new church-administration system being developed specifically for small and midsize churches.
It is being built and tested in a real church-office environment—with the same practical philosophy behind every Faith Office Solutions resource:
Keep it useful. Keep it understandable. Make the work easier.
Faith Admin is still being developed and refined, but you can follow along as it grows.

READY TO GET STARTED?
Start With Something That Can Help Today.
You don’t have to overhaul your entire church office to make things better.
